Hi,
We returned from our
Florida
holiday based in your villa early Monday and wanted to let you know
we had a fantastic time.
The key pick up was very straightforward and the
villa was immaculately clean on our arrival. We found the villa very
spacious, complete with all the home comforts you would expect and
some extra touches which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The
relaxing view of the lake and the large pool was appreciated by all
the family and the games room was a real bonus .....
My daughter bagged the Disney themed room
(complete with TV with Mickey Mouse ears) which just increased the
excitement levels for her that little bit more.
The villa went a long way to helping us have such
a memorable family holiday - thank you.

Hi there,
My family stayed in a three bedroom condo at Lake Berkley and we
really loved the place. It was so clean and in great shape. It was
such a shock to see how nice and how large the place was for the
money we paid for it. We have told many people about it and have
shown people pictures of it and would definitely recommend it to
anyone who wants to rent a condo or a house instead of staying in a
motel. As well the people were very friendly there and we liked the
fact that we were in a gated community.
Anyway thank you very much for the great service and I am sure that
you will be hearing from us again in the future.

First of all - the houses were all beautiful and worked extremely

Hi Rey.
You guided me and
my family to a 7-bedroom home in Terra Verde for the week of June
12-19. I just wanted to let you know how beautiful the house was and
what a fabulous time we had in Florida! ALL of us had such a
wonderful time! The house was very well furnished and met all of our
needs. We even had a family of birds (herons, I think) with mom, pop
and two younger birds (tall, very long legs, long skinny beaks, a
blue-gray color with red on their heads) that would come to the
screen door by the pool every day and socialize. Also saw a fox.
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for your skill in matching our
rental needs so well with what you rented out to us. It was perfect.
We're back home now, and back at work, but we are already planning
on returning in 2006 (going to Dallas next year) to do Universal
Studios and Seaworld.

tell you that I have never dealt with anybody that was so honest
and straight forward. The condo was beautiful, clean just like
you said it would be. I can't express to you how happy me and my
family are. Last year we stayed at a timeshare place and it
really ruin our trip. I know I will never do that again. The
next time we come to Florida I will be in touch with you. I am

to Florida.

I would like to thank you and your
company for making this the a most memorable vacation. My family
stayed in Linfields at 2842 Picadilly. My wife was very skeptical
of the whole situation because we had a not so good experience in
the past. Once she got a look at the house, she was very
excited. Actually everyone responded with extreme excitement. I
must say I will never stay in a hotel ever again when in Florida
for vacation. We loved it so much we are planning to do it again
next year.
I have family members that are
planning to visit Disney and you can bet that I'm going to tell
them about U.S. Holidays, and renting a house
instead of going to a hotel. As a matter of fact I will tell
anyone that I speak to that is thinking about visiting Disney for
vacation about U.S. Holidays.

use of the house on Westridge. As we would expect, it was clean
and well prepared and showed for competent management.
We have now closed on our villa
and felt a note of thanks was in order for the help and guidance
U.S Holidays has provided for us during the final stages.
Can myself and Chris please convey
our sincere thanks and appreciation for the help provided in
resolving our insurance, IRS and Licence issues. It would have
been difficult for Glenda and David to have done more. They
returned calls very promptly and, most importantly, actually
delivered on what they promised - and more. Our biggest concern,
the licence, was issued without incident - a testimony to David's
intervention and the standing of U.S Holidays with the Licencing
Authority.
We both feel secure in the
knowledge we have a first rate management company behind us and
will not hesitate to unconditionally recommend you to any one we
may happen to advise in future.

I am back
in New York and that great feeling from my vacation is starting to
wear off!
I wanted to thank you for all the help you gave me with renting the
house, driving directions, tickets to Universal Studios and the
discount for Southern Dunes Golf Course. I appreciate your patience
